Many thanks to all the curious passersby I’ve visited with the past week as I sew the knitted wraps around the trees! So far I have completed 15 of the 50 wraps that will be installed before March 8. It’s so much fun to witness the sheer delight on your faces as you happen upon my display of color in the park. I especially enjoy the joyful reactions from children who race from tree to tree trying to tag all their favorites. If you see me up the ladder please come over and say Hi! I look forward to meeting many more of you at the Knit A Stripe Day, March 10th form 2-7.
